Top SchoolAndres Parsegov is a seasoned infrastructure and platform engineer with 11 years of experience designing and operating cloud-native systems across financial services and media. Currently a Vice President ICB Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, he brings deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and event-driven architectures honed at DAZN and MATCHESFASHION. He has led migrations from on-prem to cloud, built centralized ingress gateways, and authored terraform providers and automation that improved developer velocity and reliability. Comfortable both as a hands-on coder (Go, Bash, Python) and a systems architect, Andres has managed large-scale environments from hundreds of hosts to multi-region Kubernetes clusters. Focused on contract engagements, he blends SRE discipline with practical DevOps tooling experience to deliver production-grade platforms quickly. A former long-tenure system engineer who scaled private cloud operations for a bank, he brings rare operational depth alongside modern cloud-native practices.
