Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndres Segurola is a Senior Flutter Developer based in Uruguay with over a decade of hands-on experience building mobile and embedded applications. He has led major migrations and rewrites, currently spearheading the port of a 1M monthly active user app from native to Flutter at Tarmac.IO and previously directing a 6–8 person team to rebuild a coffeehouse chain app serving 500k+ monthly users. His background spans Android, Java backend and POS systems, giving him strong end-to-end product sense from low-level device tweaks to CI/CD, telemetry and A/B experimentation. Andres combines engineering leadership with practical DevOps ownership—implementing CircleCI/Fastlane pipelines, NewRelic monitoring, Firebase analytics and NRQL-driven alerts—to keep large-scale mobile services reliable. He’s comfortable in both startup and enterprise contexts, having shipped consumer, healthcare and payment solutions, and often takes on scripting and automation tasks that accelerate teams. Fluent in turning legacy constraints into maintainable architectures, he pairs pragmatic implementation with a focus on measurable production outcomes.
