Top SchoolAndrés Velázquez is a product marketing and service design leader with 10 years of experience turning complex, cross-cultural challenges into scalable user-centered products and GTM strategies. Currently at PayPal in Mexico City, he leads local go-to-market execution while aligning product, UX and marketing across countries to deliver measurable business impact. His background spans banking, utilities and design firms where he guided end-to-end roadmaps, drove up to 30% operational efficiencies and improved talent retention through process redesign. Trained in industrial design and product strategy (Kellogg), he blends behavioral economics, data analysis and design methods to craft compelling value propositions and launch plans. Comfortable in high-uncertainty environments, Andrés facilitates senior workshops and orchestrates multidisciplinary teams to move from MVP to production. A less obvious strength: he pairs hands-on prototyping and CAD experience with executive-level strategy, enabling pragmatic solutions that scale.
