Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndreu Mora is a pragmatic technology leader and founder with nine years of experience building data- and AI-driven systems at scale, currently serving as Co-Founder & CTO after a senior engineering tenure at Adyen where he led AI, identity, performance and data engineering teams. He blends hands-on data science and systems design—originating from satellite mission algorithm work at ESA—with executive ownership of transaction processing, fraud, KYC and AI strategy in fintech. Known for turning complex risk and performance requirements into production-grade platforms, he coaches technical leads while staying close to architecture and research. Based in Sant Cugat and operating across Europe, he pairs an engineer’s focus on craft with a founder’s bias for shipping and collaboration. Outside work he’s a beer enthusiast who values building great things with great people.
