Top SchoolAndrew Baisden is a Full-Stack Software Developer based in London with 11 years of experience building production-ready web applications using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and Python. He accelerates delivery by 3–4× through an AI-first workflow—coding daily with Cursor, Warp, GitHub Copilot, and top LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and designing custom LLM agents for real projects. Andrew combines hands-on engineering with performance-focused UX improvements that drive measurable conversion gains for clients, and he has contributed technical writing and course guidance to Packt and LogRocket. He has delivered public-sector systems with security clearances and replaced legacy processes with scalable full-stack solutions, showing an ability to handle sensitive, impact-driven work. Active in open-source and content creation, he emphasizes maintainable architecture and practical AI integration rather than hype. Currently open to Full-Stack or AI-augmented development roles in London or remotely.
