Top SchoolAndrew Barrett is a senior engineering manager and program leader with 10+ years driving complex aerospace and defense systems across Boeing and the U.S. Air Force, specializing in systems engineering, flight test, GPS sustainment, and electromagnetic effects. He combines deep technical chops—HIRF analysis, RF propagation, multi-medium communications, system administration—and AS9100 auditing with program-level responsibilities for schedule, budget, and customer relations on programs like GPS IIF/OCX and F/A-18 flight test. An Air Force veteran with advanced degrees in systems engineering, business and a DBA focus on strategy and innovation, he routinely converts high-risk technical problems into auditable, mission-ready solutions. Notably, he led a 737 MAX continued airworthiness effort that exceeded customer expectations under severe time and budget constraints, and he pairs hands-on test and lab experience with leadership in staffing, training, and supplier coordination. Based in Colorado Springs, he blends operational discipline from military service with corporate program management to deliver resilient, safety-critical aerospace systems.
