Summary
👤
SeniorAndrew Bayko is a pragmatic technologist and co-founder with roughly a decade of hands-on experience designing cloud-first systems, supporting networks, and shipping full-stack solutions. Comfortable wearing many hats, he combines DevOps and growth-hacking instincts with a get-it-done attitude cultivated over 12+ years in network and support roles. As Co-Founder of ExamPro and former Cloud Solutions Architect and Support Team Lead, he’s bridged technical leadership and frontline support in education and regional IT contexts. Based in rural Northern Ontario, he brings practical, cost-conscious engineering suited to distributed and resource-constrained environments. Passionate about cloud technologies, he favors repeatable automation and resilient architectures that reduce operational toil. Colleagues describe him as unfazed by repetitive or difficult work, preferring measurable outcomes over flashy tech for its own sake.
