Top SchoolAndrew Beltrano is a Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years focused on operating systems, distributed systems, device drivers, and embedded development, currently working on Software Defined and Container Networking at Microsoft. His deep kernel and networking expertise spans Windows subsystems for Linux/Android, Linux security (SELinux), NFC/contactless payments, UWB, Wi‑Fi, and filesystem/storage drivers from roles at QNX and Research In Motion. He combines low‑level systems design with production cloud and container networking, making him effective at bridging embedded constraints and large-scale distributed architectures. Based in Colorado Springs and trained at the University of Waterloo, he brings a rare blend of security-aware systems engineering and hands‑on driver/kernel implementation experience that surfaces in both consumer connectivity features and enterprise networking infra.
