Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAndrew Bondarenko is a seasoned senior software engineer and technical leader with over 15 years building high-performance, cloud-native systems across Web2 and Web3. He combines deep backend expertise in Go, Node.js/TypeScript, Java and Rust with recent hands-on Solana smart contract development (Rust/Anchor), focusing on pragmatic business outcomes, modularity, and long-term maintainability. His background spans CTO and head roles in payments, media and startups, where he designed microservices and high-load distributed architectures while leading security, observability and CI/CD practices. Equally comfortable managing teams or shipping code, he champions open source and follows the frontier of AI/LLMs and agentic applications. Based in Portugal, he co-founded blockchain and developer-focused ventures and is known for balancing engineering rigor (SOLID, DRY, KISS) with the judgment to bend rules when it serves product delivery.
