Top SchoolAndrew Chupin is a founder and seasoned Android architect with 10 years of experience building large-scale mobile infrastructure and developer tooling, now based in Dubai. He led architecture, performance, and CI/CD at VK and Binance, designing HTTP/3 clients, proxy systems to circumvent network blocks, and remote/accelerated Gradle build infrastructures. Equally comfortable in Kotlin, Java, C/C++ and scripting, he has shipped platform-level SDKs, in-app SDK ecosystems and build analytics dashboards used across large teams. A Rust evangelist with deep C++ roots, he invests most of his free time in continuous learning and open-source tooling (including DI and Gradle module projects). As founder of Open Store Foundation, he’s shifting from hands-on Android leadership to building open infrastructure around app distribution and developer experience. Notably, he combines product-minded system design with low-level networking and build-system optimizations that materially speed developer workflows.
