Top SchoolAndrew Diller is a seasoned engineering leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling high-impact systems across telecom and enterprise domains, now serving as Director of Development Operations in Philadelphia. He has led cross-functional teams at Comcast—owning messaging platforms that deliver billions of emails/SMS annually and founding the SOLAR solutions team to drive customer engagement initiatives—and most recently directed engineering efforts integrating LLMs to improve audit-driven customer experiences. Known for bridging product and technical strategy, he combines hands-on infrastructure and automation expertise (from SAN and Unix-era systems to modern CI/CD and API-driven solutions) with a strong track record of mentoring architects and developers. Andrew’s background in philosophy and machine intelligence paired with a CS minor gives him a pragmatic, systems-thinking approach to complex problems. He prefers shipping prototypes to de-risk ideas early, often turning experimental integrations into scalable production services.
