Top SchoolAndrew Drach is a CEO and serial technology leader with 20+ years of consulting and hands-on software development experience, blending enterprise web/mobile architecture with academic rigor from a PhD and postdoctoral work in computational sciences. He founded and runs Solwey, delivering UX-driven, scalable SaaS and e-commerce solutions using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React, and cloud platforms, while simultaneously holding CTO roles at multiple ventures. His background in multi-scale computational modeling and high-performance simulation informs a pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems and translating them into user-friendly products. Based in Austin, he pairs deep engineering expertise (C++, Python, JS/RoR) with business leadership, regularly moving between research, product delivery, and client-facing strategy. An early career in numerical analysis and hardware/software administration gives him uncommon fluency across scientific computing, cloud ops, and product design.
