Top SchoolAndrew Hill is a Group Product Manager at Google with 13+ years building growth, engagement, and monetization products at scale across Search and mobile platforms. He led initiatives that established growth as a discipline in Google Search, driving user acquisition across Android, iOS, google.com, and search latency improvements. Previously at LinkedIn he grew the mobile user base from 296M to 400M in 18 months, built phone-number systems and global SMS flows, and helped scale Talent Solutions from $100M to $1B. Comfortable across startup, hypergrowth, and global-scale environments, he combines technical fluency (he still codes as @ahill-lambda) with a track record of developing product leaders. Based in Seattle, he pairs Stanford engineering and economics training with an HBS MBA and a habit of solving both human and technical problems.
