Top SchoolAndrew Kew is a seasoned technology director and founder with over 18 years of experience building server-side, cloud-native and integration platforms, primarily for financial services and algorithmic trading. He advanced from senior Java developer roles to CTO of an algorithmic trading firm where he designed resilient trading algorithms, introduced robust CI/CD and test practices, and even created a local Orc development environment to speed iteration. More recently he has led boutique consultancies helping organisations define API, MuleSoft and platform strategies, combining hands-on engineering with pragmatic delivery governance. Based in North Devon, he blends deep integration expertise (MuleSoft/Anypoint) with quant-focused training (CQF, advanced financial engineering) — a rare mix that helps bridge trading desks and platform teams. Colleagues describe him as a "right first time" practitioner who leaves systems more maintainable and scalable than he found them.
