Top SchoolAndrew Keymolen is an Agile consultant and Scrum Master based in Brussels with 10 years of hands-on IT and project management experience and a developer background. He has repeatedly led multi-team Scrum transformations in regulated banking environments, building Azure DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and tailored Git-based delivery solutions to shorten delivery cycles and improve quality. Comfortable switching between code and coaching, he started as an analyst-developer working with C#, VB.Net, COBOL and Android before moving into full-time Scrum leadership and workshop facilitation. At Spuerkeess and the European Investment Bank he combined backlog ownership, KPI-driven dashboards, and cross-border remote team coordination to unblock delivery in complex projects. Founder of Manageable, he now focuses on improving stakeholder and employee satisfaction as much as delivery effectiveness. Colleagues value him for pragmatic, process-first scaling of Agile practices informed by real development and architecture experience.
