Top SchoolAndrew Kostyuk is a seasoned software leader and hands-on developer with over 15 years of commercial experience and 12 years in professional roles, currently leading development of a BPM-driven SmartVista Integration Platform at BPC Banking Technologies. He combines product-level strategic vision with deep technical execution across backend services, BPMN editors, and polished UI/UX design, having designed platform architecture, led code reviews, and run technical interviews. A serial founder and former CEO, he has built and managed small engineering teams, run client-facing projects, and shipped e-commerce and banking integrations including fraud-control systems and payment gateways. His background in automation research (holding a patent for surface analyzer control software) underpins a pragmatic engineering approach that values measurable reliability and clear specifications. Based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, he blends entrepreneurial grit with enterprise-grade delivery and an unusual mix of low-level research experience and modern platform design.
