Top SchoolAndrew Kulpa is a VP of Engineering based in Chicago with a decade of hands-on experience leading software teams, modernizing legacy systems, and building HIPAA-compliant cloud development environments. He rose through engineering roles at Two Point Conversions after cutting his teeth as a web developer and security intern at Western Illinois University, where he automated IDS provisioning, real-time LMS syncs, and published a Ruby SDK to streamline operations. Skilled in data synchronization, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and ETL, Andrew combines deep curiosity about system internals with a practical focus on process optimization and machine learning applications. A first-generation graduate with a master's in computer science, he blends security-minded engineering with developer experience improvements and a track record of migrating complex EMR/HR data into modern, auditable platforms.
