Top SchoolAndrew Lewell is a Senior Software Engineer based in London with six years of experience building full‑stack FinTech applications after transitioning from technical consulting. He progressed rapidly at YouLend from Junior Developer to Senior Engineer, bringing a pragmatic mix of backend data work and front‑end polish informed by a Flatiron School full‑stack bootcamp and a BSc in Information Systems. Earlier roles as a technical consultant had him implementing custom SQL and VBScript solutions and supporting regulatory reporting projects across EMEA, which cultivated a strong client-focused, delivery mindset. Comfortable shipping end-to-end features, he combines practical consulting instincts with a passion for problem solving and a knack for translating complex financial requirements into auditable software. An inquisitive developer, he pairs hands‑on coding with on-site stakeholder experience—useful when requirements need rapid prototyping and clear communication.
