Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrew Liebchen is a Principal Product Designer with 12+ years of experience crafting human-centered mobile and web products that scale, from Meta’s Quest companion app with millions of users to a life-saving wildfire tracking app. He blends systems thinking and meticulous craft to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into calm, usable experiences, and has a patent for a metaverse “teleportation” deeplink that highlights his cross-disciplinary inventiveness. At startups he operates like a founding designer—shipping production-ready design systems, AI-driven interfaces, and coach/admin tooling under tight constraints—while at large companies he drives app-wide coherence and design quality. Based in San Francisco, he mentors emerging designers and consistently ships polished, research-informed solutions that balance pragmatism with beauty. An architect-trained thinker who codes when needed, Andrew brings a rare mix of product empathy, visual rigor, and hands-on execution.
