Top SchoolAndrew Oh-schultz is a Staff Engineer based in New York with a decade of software experience and a background that spans full-stack, backend, and squad leadership roles at lululemon and lululemon Studio. He rose from bootcamp-trained web developer to lead and senior engineering positions, bringing practical product instincts honed earlier in customer-facing jobs like barista and retail sales. Known for translating ambiguous product needs into reliable backend services, he’s led teams and shipped studio-facing integrations and consumer features across retail and connected-device domains. His uncommon path—from political science to code academy to staff-level engineering—gives him strong communication skills and a pragmatic, user-centered approach to technical leadership.
