Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrew Pagan is a software engineer based in the San Francisco Bay Area with nine years of experience building SaaS and EdTech products across teams ranging from three engineers to 50+. He spent the first seven years focused on React and TypeScript front-end work and has transitioned into full-stack development over the last two years, shipping features in both established roadmaps and highly ambiguous startup contexts. His background includes roles at Khan Academy, Genentech, Reputation, and early-stage companies, giving him a mix of product-driven and enterprise delivery experience. Comfortable moving between deep UI work and backend responsibilities, he excels at taking ownership in small teams and scaling systems within larger engineering organizations. Off the clock he’s got a soft spot for Japan, a detail that hints at his curiosity for different cultures and perspectives.
