Top SchoolAndrew Parise is a Principal Software Engineer with nine years of experience specializing in distributed systems, platform engineering, and large-scale deployment orchestration. At Oracle he led cross-team initiatives supporting 120+ OCI services and designed subsystems to onboard future Terraform versions and resource-principal authorization across 1,200+ teams and 100+ regions. He has a strong Java-based backend pedigree (Guice, DropWizard, Lombok, Maven) and deep operational experience applying Terraform, Docker, and Oracle DB to production-grade control planes and DNS infrastructure. Andrew combines hands-on implementation with technical leadership—mentoring hires, creating knowledge bases, and running brown-bag training for hundreds of internal teams. He also runs an independent contracting practice and has repeatedly delivered zero-downtime migrations and automation that enabled simultaneous multi-region/realm builds, demonstrating both systems-thinking and pragmatic execution.
