Top SchoolAndrew Pascoe is a CTO and co-founder with 11+ years building revenue-generating ML, AI, and data engineering teams and the high-availability, high-throughput infrastructure that powers them. He combines hands-on engineering—from designing bidding and pacing algorithms at scale to rearchitecting data and identity systems—with executive-level strategy, advising boards and CEOs on data-backed decisions. His systems have processed over $2.5 billion in revenue and he has led initiatives spanning Privacy Sandbox representation to cost-cutting infra refactors across engineering organizations. A pragmatic leader, he embeds product thinking and ownership into agile teams and hires and mentors engineers who operate in production-critical environments. He currently shapes agentic workflows and research-led procurement at Market Genius AI while consulting on monetization and forecasting for major ad and hospitality platforms. His background in applied mathematics, digital arts, and early NSA analytic work gives him a rare blend of rigorous quantitative instincts and creative systems design.
