Top SchoolAndrew Shatz is a Co-founder and Lead Engineer with 12 years of experience building full-stack, data-driven systems and SaaS solutions across industries including wellness, aviation, and finance. He combines hands-on engineering (Python, .NET, Salesforce, AWS) with product-minded architecture—shipping everything from microservices and event-sourced APIs to inventory-forecasting models that directly improved reorder efficiency for large retailers. As a founder at Mad Bladder and Trix Solutions he has delivered bespoke integrations and a commercial app (Talos Engine) while maintaining an open-source Python client for monday.com. His background in geospatial analysis and academic research underpins a strong quantitative approach to data pipelines and ETL work. Based in Phoenix, he blends entrepreneurial leadership with practical engineering and an uncommon personal discipline as a practicing yogi, bringing a calm, systems-focused perspective to fast-moving product challenges.
