Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrew Sherwood is a senior application developer based in Portland, Oregon, with nearly three decades of hands-on software engineering across Windows, iOS, UNIX and cloud platforms. He combines low-level systems experience—writing device drivers and porting legacy C++ systems—with modern cloud and mobile practice, having introduced Azure/AWS to an enterprise and shipped multiple iOS apps backed by Azure. As an enterprise architect and mentor, he bridges strategy and implementation, prototyping solutions and guiding teams to adopt pragmatic tools and practices. Comfortable across languages and stacks, he has repeatedly modernized legacy systems (from HP-UX ports to web services) and still writes focused, utility-driven code for real business needs. An early game developer and co‑founder, he brings entrepreneurial curiosity and a knack for translating product ideas into working software.
