Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrew Ware is a product-focused builder and co-founder with eight years of cross-disciplinary experience spanning blockchain infrastructure, audio/AV production, and precision manufacturing. He blends hands-on technical craft—welding bioreactor frames, repairing vintage analog tape machines, and designing automated livestream workflows—with product ownership and technical writing, having authored protocol-level docs and migration guides used by major blockchain ecosystems. At Pinax he bridged engineers, indexers, and customers to drive API and token strategy, and he’s repeatedly turned iterative physical designs into scalable processes (e.g., cutting album packaging assembly from six hours to ten minutes). Comfortable translating complex systems into clear decisions and documentation, he thrives on problems that mix engineering, economics, and human incentives. Based in San Diego, he’s exploring roles across product, developer relations, and technical operations where his uncommon blend of studio-level precision and protocol-level thinking creates tangible outcomes.
