Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrew Woods is a seasoned software engineering manager and agile coach with 20+ years of hands-on experience and a 12-year track record in leadership roles across mobile-first and cloud-native products. He has led cross-functional teams from startups to enterprises—driving migrations of millions of records at Mastercard, scaling mobile release pipelines and redesigning web ordering at Flipdish, and launching highly rated field apps at Verizon Connect. A practitioner of TDD, CI/CD and automation, he has repeatedly turned manual toil into reliable pipelines and raised test coverage dramatically across iOS, Android and web. Based on a strong engineering foundation (MSc Computer Science) and formal management and coaching training, he pairs technical rigor with people-first leadership and career coaching. Now based in the Isle of Man, he blends deep mobile expertise with backend and cloud experience (Java, .NET, Azure) and a consistent focus on quality, observability and measurable delivery. An uncommon detail: he combines engineering leadership with life-coach certification, bringing structured personal development into team growth.
