Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Alisov is a Lead Android Engineer with over 17 years in software development, combining a decade of Delphi/C# experience building 3-tier CAD and optimization systems for mining with 7+ years focused on Android (Kotlin/Java) and blockchain clients. At Soramitsu he leads Android projects for Substrate-based networks, driving migrations to coroutines and Compose while overseeing CI/CD, test coverage and mentor-driven team growth; many of his projects and libraries are open source. He pairs strong theoretical CS and algorithmic expertise—evident from 15+ scientific publications and past work on graph-based mining optimizations—with hands-on delivery across fintech, blockchain and AR/automation domains. He also independently developed the Hibiny.com Android app and introduced modern dev practices (YouTrack, TeamCity, code review, scrum) earlier in his career, making him as comfortable with architecture and databases as with mobile UI and DevOps.
