Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Chudnovskiy is a Principal Software Engineer with 11+ years of hands-on experience building reliable, high-performance systems across cloud, database, frontend and mobile platforms. He has led and scaled engineering teams up to 10 people at Microsoft and Google, driving major efforts for Azure Database for PostgreSQL and first‑party iOS SDKs used across Gmail, YouTube, Photos and Maps. Comfortable moving up and down the stack, Andrey blends backend database expertise (now at ClickHouse working on Postgres-managed solutions) with a history of frontend and iOS engineering and platform reliability. He’s known for instrumentation- and data-driven decision making, shipping performance improvements and developer-facing tooling that reduce operational load. Based in Issaquah, WA, he’s transitioning toward combined engineering manager/tech‑lead roles where he can pair technical depth with team coaching. An uncommon strength: consistently shipping cross-product SDK integrations that quietly power UX across dozens of consumer apps.
