Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Dyakov is a Senior Java Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience building backend systems, microservices and data pipelines for risk management and media companies. He excels in Java/Spring ecosystems, containerization and DevOps practices (Docker, OpenShift, Prometheus, CI/CD) and has driven measurable improvements such as ETL performance 4x faster and centralized data-quality stores via deduplication and profile ranking. A pragmatic problem-solver and interviewer who has hired and mentored senior engineers, he favors API-first, TDD and observable architectures over “bloody enterprise” work that never reaches end users. Curious and multi-disciplinary, he pairs engineering rigor with interests in automation, smart-home tinkering and historical/psychological perspectives that inform his research-oriented approach. Based in Moscow, he is demanding, calm under pressure, and at a professional peak where he prefers straightforward conversations about compensation and scope.
