Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Izotikov is a seasoned DevOps and infrastructure leader with 8+ years driving internal services, CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms at Selectel and Jexia. As Head of Internal Services Support he combines hands-on engineering with team leadership—running a 5-person sysadmin/DevOps team, introducing Kanban, and building a new Kubernetes-based CI/CD stack on bare metal. He has led migrations from legacy orchestration to GitOps, modernized monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/Victoriametrics/Graylog), and implemented fault-tolerant PostgreSQL DBaaS, LDAP/SSO with Keycloak, and Vault integrations. Comfortable across tooling from Chef, Ansible and Terraform to Gerrit, Jenkins and Helm, he’s notable for automating large-scale node deployments and turning decades-old playbooks into centrally managed configuration. Based in Saint Petersburg, he blends deep operational expertise with pragmatic process improvements that reduce toil and improve reliability.
