Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Kapitonov is a Golang-focused backend developer with nine years of experience and a strong frontend background, currently building services at Mercuryo.io and contributing to video platform work at G-Core Labs. He programs across Go, PHP, JavaScript, React, React Native and Flutter/Dart, and maintains a varied GitHub portfolio that mixes utility packages and UI projects. With a master’s in applied computer science and a knack for pragmatic engineering, he moves comfortably between low-level backend services and user-facing interfaces. Colleagues know him for concise, production-minded code—and for his self-deprecating GitHub bio as a “high skilled master of useless code,” which hints at playful curiosity and experimental side projects. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, he brings domain experience in payments/infrastructure and streaming/video systems.
