Top SchoolAndrey L is a Senior Principal Software Engineer and technical lead based in Lexington, MA, with two decades of experience delivering enterprise applications across pharmaceutical, financial, and insurance domains. He currently drives cloud migration and containerization at Novartis, refactoring monoliths to AWS/Kubernetes and architecting division-wide SDLC standards while building enterprise search and bio-sample registration platforms. Comfortable across Java, .NET, Node.js, React, ElasticSearch, SharePoint and SQL/NoSQL stacks, he combines hands-on coding with team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional project management. His background includes porting legacy systems to modern platforms, designing large-scale social and search systems, and integrating HR/profile synchronization into intranet portals—work that reflects both deep technical breadth and practical integration skills. Known for pragmatic design and measurable delivery, he often surfaces non-obvious value by marrying search, metadata and profile workflows to improve discovery and collaboration within organizations.
