Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Rogozhnikov is a senior software developer with 14 years of experience building low-latency back-end systems, data pipelines, and ad-tech infrastructure, including RTB, SSP/DSP, DMP and user profiling at Yandex. He combines strong C++ and Python expertise with hands-on experience in map-reduce and traditional data processing, and has repeatedly improved system reliability under real-world constraints. Andrey has product-facing instincts—he actively seeks end-user feedback to shape features—and a track record of introducing CI, git workflows and robust release processes earlier in his career. He holds advanced technical degrees from Novosibirsk State Technical University and has delivered both embedded payment terminal software and high-throughput ad backends, demonstrating a rare blend of systems-level engineering and practical product delivery. Now based in Belgrade, he continues to focus on high-performance services while mentoring teams on engineering culture and operational resilience.
