Top SchoolAndrey Serebryanskiy is a Technical Product Manager and engineering leader with 8 years of experience designing and shipping high-throughput streaming platforms and tooling. He has led cross-functional teams at major Russian tech and fintech firms, driving adoption of event-streaming architectures and building Kafka-compatible systems that process gigabytes-per-second of data. Andrey combines hands-on engineering (Java, Kafka, Flink, k8s) with product ownership—prioritizing backlog, user satisfaction, and on‑prem/cloud adoption for YDB Topics. He has a strong track record of scaling platforms and teams: from founding a successful event platform used by enterprise clients to growing platform usage from a handful to dozens of teams. Notably, he implemented Kafka transactions API and integrations enabling multiple clients to produce multi‑GB/s through YDB Topics. With a background in marketing from HSE, he brings product intuition to complex technical ecosystems and an eye for developer adoption.
