Top SchoolAndrey Shchekin is a Senior Software Firmware Engineer with over two decades in software development and 17 years of focused industry experience delivering embedded, telemetry, and real-time systems across aerospace, medical devices, and transport sectors. Based in Greater Brisbane, he has led firmware and software efforts from device-level RTOS and PLC integration to UAV ground control and vehicle telemetry products, consistently bridging hardware and application layers. His background in electrical engineering and radar electronics underpins a pragmatic approach to system integration, data acquisition, and performance-sensitive code. Known for working effectively both independently and within teams, he has a track record of taking projects from requirements and architecture through to production support. Less obvious: his career spans both telecom billing platforms and highly regulated instrument firmware, giving him a rare mix of large-system transactional experience and low-level embedded expertise.
