Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Strelnikov is a DevOps engineer with 8+ years focused on public cloud and a long track record across fintech, banking, telecom and cloud providers, delivering highly available, cost-optimized infrastructure and CI/CD at scale. He has led Kubernetes and OpenShift adoption, provisioned on-prem and multi-region AWS environments, and migrated 100+ apps while doubling infrastructure efficiency and dramatically reducing incident reaction times. Comfortable from low-level networking and virtualization (VMware/OpenStack) to modern observability stacks (Loki, Prometheus, Datadog) and GPU-enabled MLOps on Runpod, he blends hands-on implementation with architecture and team enablement. Notably, he architected zero-trust VPNs and HA baselines that achieved 99.99% uptime for mission-critical fintech services, and scaled CI pipelines to support 100+ daily deploys. Based in Zagreb and IELTS 7.5, he’s open to senior hybrid/onsite roles in EU or UAE and brings a history of mentoring and measurable operational improvements.
