Summary
š¤
SeniorAndries Filmer is the founder and lead developer of Inzetrooster, a Netherlands-based web app he has built and operated for over a decade to simplify volunteer scheduling and shift management. Drawing on his hands-on experience as a volunteers coordinator, he designed a responsive platform used by sports clubs, museums, care organizations, churches and neighborhood teams to self-sign, swap and manage shifts with automated reminders. Over 11 years he has iteratively grown a practical, mobile-first product that emphasizes usability for both volunteers and coordinators rather than flashy features. Based in Zandvoort, he combines steady entrepreneurial stewardship with day-to-day software craftsmanship, continuously improving the service to match evolving community needs.
