Top SchoolAndrii Kozin is a Principal Group Engineering Manager with 11+ years of experience leading reliability, livesite and platform engineering at scale, currently driving automation and resilience for Microsoft Identity from Prague. He has a track record of turning costly, incident-prone services into revenue-positive, highly automated platforms—building hiring pipelines that attracted 120–140+ senior engineers and shaping multi-year strategies that spawned multiple new teams. Andrii excels at incident mitigation and change governance, automating hundreds of thousands of daily jobs and slashing partner request and mitigation times through self-service tooling and centralized livesite systems. Comfortable jumping between low-level C++ systems and cloud-native stacks, he blends hands-on technical depth with a talent for mentoring managers and promoting fair assessment processes. A background in information security and embedded/C++ systems gives him an uncommon perspective on reliability and risk across large distributed services.
