Top SchoolAndrzej Kurek is a Principal Engineer and Group Manager with seven years of professional experience leading embedded and full-stack software teams at Mobica after a strong foundation in R&D at Samsung and Fibar Group. He combines deep C/C++ embedded systems expertise—porting cryptographic libraries to constrained microcontrollers and building Linux/Buildroot-based systems—with modern TypeScript front-end work in React and Vue. Known for shipping end-to-end solutions, he bridges low-level device drivers, CI-driven build systems, and Python tooling for test orchestration and automation. As a hands-on manager he mentors engineers while still contributing to architecture and delivery, and he’s comfortable explaining low-level debugging and build mechanics in academic or team settings. Based in Greater Poland Voivodeship, he pairs an MSc in Control Engineering and Robotics with practical experience that spans hardware bring-up to cloud-enabled development workflows.
