Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrzej Szywała is a seasoned Senior Java/Fullstack Developer with 11 years of professional experience building and maintaining enterprise systems across finance, HR/ERP and public-sector domains. He specializes in modern Java stacks (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Java 17/21) and Angular (latest versions), delivering backend services, REST APIs, and responsive front-ends while operating in cloud and containerized environments (Azure, Docker, Docker Swarm). His background spans long-term product development (ERP payroll and HR modules) and mission-critical systems like emergency call handling and banking applications, showing a strong focus on reliability and maintainability. Andrzej combines deep legacy-Java knowledge from early-career enterprise projects with up-to-date practices—CI/CD, observability (Datadog), Liquibase, and container orchestration—making him effective at modernizing systems. As a self-employed developer he now leads full project lifecycles, and his postgraduate study in payroll law hints at a rare domain fluency for HR/payroll software.
