Top SchoolAndy Chapman is an Ecommerce Engineer with over 15 years of front-end and design experience and nine years focused on commerce implementations, currently driving e-commerce at Hydrow. He combines pixel-level UX sensibility from a Graphic Design background with deep SFCC expertise, having architected an "Accelerator" that shortened go-to-market timelines and standardized implementations. As a technical lead he’s guided teams, refined processes, and mentored junior engineers while remaining hands-on in site builds for notable clients. Comfortable in client-facing roles, he translates business needs into pragmatic technical approaches and runs workshops to align stakeholders. He’s driven by continuous learning—regularly researching new syntaxes and techniques—and has a track record of blending creative design thinking with robust front-end engineering to boost business outcomes. Based in Pittsburgh, he also brings practical e-commerce growth experience from early roles that scaled catalogs and revenue from scratch.
