Top SchoolAndy Clausen is a Senior Software Engineer based in Copenhagen with a decade of hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems across startups and an acquisition transition. He spent eight years at SharkCell before continuing the same projects and client relationships after the company's acquisition by Computas Danmark, demonstrating adaptability and continuity through organizational change. Andy combines pragmatic engineering with a wry, candid perspective on development culture—believing teams succeed by iterating and improvising rather than following perfect blueprints. Comfortable working with diverse cross-functional teams, he focuses on delivering reliable solutions and preserving institutional knowledge during product and team handovers. Although he started formal computer science studies, his career path highlights learning by doing and sustained contribution in real-world projects.
