Top SchoolAndy Hoyle is a seasoned software development manager and founder with 11+ years leading distributed teams to deliver cloud-native EdTech platforms that have scaled to millions of users. He combines hands-on architecture and technical leadership—specialising in CQRS, event sourcing and Microsoft Orleans—with pragmatic product delivery, having driven major greenfield projects and sustained engineering across Promethean, Capture Education and startups. Comfortable managing multi‑timezone teams and stakeholder ecosystems, he has repeatedly turned high-volume data and media requirements (tens of millions of data points) into reliable, scalable systems. Andy’s background spans full-stack web services, automated cloud deployments and mobile/web apps, and he brings an operator’s instincts from running his own consultancy to roles in larger organisations.
