They progressed from staff to lead roles while contributing across front-end and back-end stacks, and previously built custom conference management software and multi-site CMS tooling for a nonprofit over more than a decade of volunteer service. Based in Plainfield, Illinois, Andy combines hands-on implementation with product-minded ownership—shipping features, managing integrations, and maintaining operational reliability. A non-binary technologist who brings a playful, human-centered perspective to engineering, they also have a strong background in web design and marketing assets from earlier roles, which helps bridge design and engineering trade-offs.
