Summary
👤
SeniorAndy Ross is an award-winning music executive, supervisor and creative producer with 14+ years leading music teams and rights strategy across film, TV and advertising from Santa Monica. As Founding Partner and CCO of Exit Strategy Productions he has overseen music for 120+ theatrical releases—including a three-time Oscar winner and the Guild of Music Supervisors–winning Whiplash—and has driven more than $1B in global box office through strategic music integration. He built and ran music departments at Cutting Edge Group and Courtyard Music, negotiated multi-million dollar placements with major publishers, and launched boutique companies like One Stop Jazz Collective to bridge high-end jazz catalogs with visual media. Equally at home negotiating composer deals, supervising on-camera music shoots and developing original film/TV content, Andy combines deep creative taste with commercial savvy and a rare track record of turning niche catalogs into mainstream sync successes.
