Top SchoolAndy Vandijck is a Belgium-based software engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in helpdesk, application support, and Mac OS X development. He combines practical customer-facing support skills—from telecom and enterprise application environments—to craft reliable desktop applications and tooling for macOS. Comfortable on the front lines (dispatcher and service desk roles) as well as behind the scenes, he brings a pragmatic, systems-focused approach informed by formal studies in network and system management, including CCNA training. Colleagues would describe him as a developer who prefers shipping useful Mac OS X solutions rather than chasing trends, and who translates operational pain points into maintainable software.
