Top SchoolAndy William is a seasoned IT leader with 11 years’ experience designing and running ITIL-aligned service desks and End User Computing teams across global organisations. He has a strong track record delivering service transformations—standardising onboarding/offboarding, implementing follow-the-sun support models, and improving first-time fix rates for thousands of users. Comfortable with both Microsoft and Apple ecosystems, he pairs hands-on EUC delivery with procurement and lifecycle management to keep services reliable and cost-effective. Known for using analytics and CAB governance to drive continual improvement, he also builds trusted stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams. Now working in the charity arts sector, he’s combining scalable support models with a user-focused approach that balances creativity and long-term resilience. An early career founder of a niche IT services outfit, he brings practical SME experience and a bias for pragmatic, measurable change.
