Top SchoolAngel Jose is a founder and engineering leader who blends a decade of hands-on operations running a construction and mortgage field-services business with 11+ years building production software and AI at scale. At Cars.com he led multiple engineering teams, replatformed core systems to Elixir/Phoenix, and shipped Bedrock/OpenAI-powered search and sales-funnel features used by tens of millions monthly. He now runs CaminoLogic, helping operators find quantified ROI for automation opportunities and delivering turnkey 90-day AI builds that embed institutional knowledge into workflows. Angel’s strength is bridging the gap between “cool models” and reliable, non-disruptive production deployments—prioritizing operational continuity as much as technical innovation. Based in Los Angeles, he also brings a longstanding interest in blockchain and developer tooling, which informs pragmatic integrations rather than speculative pilots.
