Top SchoolAngel Martinez is a Principal Software Engineer based in A Coruña with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and shipping backend systems across startups and scale-ups. He has progressed from Java-heavy enterprise development to leading Node.js and TypeScript platforms, owning lending and e-commerce support backends and mentoring teams along the way. Recent roles at Juro, Busuu and Gorgias complement a long tenure building resilient services at Fintonic and MediaNet, evidencing strong API, messaging and data-store expertise (RabbitMQ, MongoDB, MySQL). Angel blends full-stack familiarity with a bias for backend reliability and pragmatic architecture, often bridging legacy Java systems and modern JavaScript ecosystems. Quiet but effective, he tends to lead by shipping clear, testable code and improving team delivery practices. Based in Galicia, he brings a solid track record of turning complex requirements into maintainable production services.
